برنامه ProgDVB نرم افزار مخصوص کارت های dvb می باشد , نرم افزاری که جهت تماشای تلوزیون ها و رادیوها از طریق کارت های DVB و از طریق کامپیوتر می توان آنها را مشاهده نمود , نرم افزار فوق با تمامی کارت های DVB سازگاری کامل دارد و به خوبی می تواند با آنها کار کند.

It has options for working with network broadcasting and Audio/Video recording of the stream to different digital-media formats.
